Become a Bingo Volunteer with Start Me Up Niagara and turn a few hours into real impact. At Delta Bingo locations in St. Catharines, Welland, Niagara Falls, and Fort Erie, you’ll greet guests, represent Start Me Up Niagara, and help raise vital funds supporting individuals facing poverty, homelessness, and other challenges across Niagara.
Volunteer roles:
o Greet and welcome customers, creating a friendly and positive atmosphere at Delta Bingo locations in St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland, and Fort Erie
o Represent Start Me Up Niagara and share information about the charity
o Move through the gaming floor (where applicable), engaging with customers and offering assistance when needed
o Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment by tidying tables, collecting used bingo paper, and keeping common areas presentable
o Follow site-specific roles, which may include customer service, staff support and tidying
o Remain attentive to customers and focused on creating a safe, respectful gaming experience
o Receive guidance and training, with shadow shifts provided at some locations before volunteering independently
